Creating incredible organic balloon installations is one of our Featured Services and one we certainly enjoy!

Both Indoor and outdoor balloon installations are available.

Our Small Balloon Garlands are DIY installed; we deliver them ready to be installed, inflated and assembled, for you to do your own set up. Fishing line and Damage Free Command Hooks are provided and an Installation Tutorial Video will be sent to your phone or email in order to guide you through your installation process. These pieces are also available for local pickup.

Each balloon garland/arch/installation includes:

  • Latex balloons 5”, 11” and 17” (based on artist preference) and foil balloons (if needed/available).

  • Balloon colour palette customization (up to 4 colours - final colour combination created by Party & Confetti) and themed (one theme per setup).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED UNTIL 1 WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT. If your booking is last minute, please contact us directly to hello@partyandconfetti.com If we are already fully booked for the date you are wishing to book, we will CANCEL your booking and REFUND the total of your order.

  • Balloon Garlands for DIY installation are only available for PICK-UP at our Studio located in the West End. If your order is for more than 3 pieces, please contact us to coordinate the delivery method as you may need delivery.

  • Please note that this product fits in a small SUV with the rear seats folded down. When collecting the item, avoid transporting children in car seats or carrying numerous items in your vehicle, as the balloon piece may not fit accordingly.

  • Pick-ups will be scheduled for weekdays or the day before of the event. E.g. if your event is happening on a Saturday or Sunday, the pick-up will be scheduled for a Friday unless otherwise arranged.

  • We aim to create a different, unique and creative design for each client. If you wish to have one of our previous designs, please request it upon booking. A mock-up or sketch of the balloon piece is not provided.

  • Supplies are taking longer to arrive due to shipping delays and shortage of some products; we encourage our clients to book as soon as they are ready to do so to ensure we have enough time to order any speciality balloon we may not have in stock at the moment.

  • This product is a DIY-Installation balloon decor therefore pro set-up is NOT PROVIDED. A video with installation tips and instructions will be sent to your email or phone (text or email) to guide you during your DIY set up process once the booking has been completed. 

  • Damage Free Command Hooks and fishing line is provided.

  • Balloons are SOLD to the client therefore Take Down is not provided. Client MUST take the balloons down, pop and dispose them responsibly.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Bookings require 100% payment. This step is necessary to secure your date. If payment is not submitted, you are not booked therefore the date can be granted to another party interested.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations due to weather conditions or Covid-19 illness, voluntary or mandatory restrictions imposed by authorities, change of plans or last minute decisions, are handle as a POSTPONED service and may be subject to additional fees. Refunds will not be processed; we will accomodate your event to another date (subject to availability). If the event is postponed within one (1) month from the date on which it originally intended to be held, the décor theme will remain the same for the future celebration.

If your date, time or set-up conditions are not available, we will make a full refund back to your initial form of payment.
