Our Value Package is the perfect addition to spice up your event and photos with a fun backdrop with a wood-panel backdrop and balloons!
The package includes:
One metal ring balloon stand - 6ft diameter.
12ft organic balloon arch - includes latex balloons 5”, 11”, 17” and 24” (based on artist preference) and foil balloons (if needed/available).
Balloon colour palette customization (up to 4 colours - final colour combination created by Party & Confetti) and themed (one theme per setup).
Delivery, set-up and rental item pick-up in the City of Edmonton and close surrounding areas.

Silk floral arrangements (Up to 2).
Plinths for cakes (Up to 3).
Marquee letters (Up to 4).
Faux and silk flowers and greenery accents between balloons.
Wood lettering signs (Oh Baby, Bride to Be, Happy Birthday, One, Anniversary).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED UNTIL 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. If your booking is last minute, please contact us directly to hello@partyandconfetti.com If we are already fully booked for the date you are wishing to book, we will CANCEL your booking and REFUND the total of your order.
Packages that include rentals, are subject to the signing of a Credit Card Authorization Form for any damage or lost to the rental property. This will be sent to your email after the booking has been confirmed. If the form is not signed within 3 days of being sent, the booking will be canceled.
Includes One Metal Ring 6ft diameter; shape and colour will be decided based on artist discretion and stock availability.
Does not includes custom prints.

Balloons are SOLD to the client - client MUST take the balloons down, pop and dispose them responsibly. We will only come back to PICK-UP the rentals.
The “Pick-up” included in the package is a pick-up the NEXT BUSINESS DAY after the event (Monday or Tuesday) before 9:00pm. If pick-up right after the event ends is needed, please contact us as this needs to be arranged and additional charges may apply.
A custom mock-up is not included in this package. You will not receive a sketch or proof of the decor setup.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will require 45 minutes and up to 4 hours for setting up and 20 minutes or up to 2 hours for taking down based on the size of the decor contracted.
Although we carefully mount wall decorations using free-damage tape and small pins, wall damage may be a possibility.
Cakes and desserts are not included in our packages. We have preferred baking vendors that could provide a quote if needed. We would be able to recommend the type of desserts that matches the decoration as part of our design services.
The size of each package is the total size of the whole setup.
Packages’ items considered non-consumables (i.e. furniture, dessert stands and plates, accents, backdrops, etc.) are provided as rentals items.
Floral arrangements are made with natural fresh-cut flowers, faux/silk florals or Dry florals. Faux and dry florals are added as a rental and should be returned after the event has ended.
The Value Package DOES NOT include a custom design (moodboard and digital mock-up).
Set up area MUST be cleared and ready for decoration. We do not move furniture or decor objects to prepare the space.
After a decor is set up, it cannot be moved to other space, neither by us nor by the client or venue personnel.
Decor Props and Items, as their name stated, are décor pieces NOT TOYS, and therefore they should be used accordingly.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations due to weather conditions or Covid-19 illness, voluntary or mandatory restrictions imposed by authorities, change of plans or last minute decisions, are handle as a POSTPONED service and may be subject to additional fees. Refunds will not be processed; we will accomodate your event to another date (subject to availability). If the event is postponed within one (1) month from the date on which it originally intended to be held, the décor theme will remain the same for the future celebration.
If your date, time or set-up conditions are not available, we will make a full refund back to your initial form of payment.
