What is balloon mosaic? It is a shaped box filled with balloons. We can do pretty much anything! From letters to number, objects, animals and even logos!

There are 3 sizes available*:

  • 5ft

*Please note that the dimensions provided are based on the longest side of the letter or logo. For example: for letters and numbers, which are typically vertical, the height will represent the largest measurement. In the case of horizontal logos/shapes, the given size will correspond to the width.

*For numbers or words with two or more digits or letters, please ensure you order one mosaic piece for each individual digit or letter.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED UNTIL 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT. If your booking is last minute, please contact us directly to hello@partyandconfetti.com If we are already fully booked for the date you are wishing to book, we will CANCEL your booking and REFUND the total of your order.

  • Not recommended for OUTDOOR setting.

  • We aim to create a different, unique and creative design for each client. If you wish to have one of our previous designs, please request it upon booking. A mock-up or sketch of the balloon piece is not provided.

  • Delivery/Pick-ups will be scheduled for weekdays or the day before of the event. E.g. if your event is happening on a Saturday or Sunday, the delivery/pick-up will be scheduled for a Friday unless otherwise arranged.

  • For pick-ups: Please note that this product fits in a small SUV with the rear seats folded down. When collecting the item, avoid transporting children in car seats or carrying numerous items in your vehicle, as the balloon piece may not fit accordingly.

  • Supplies are taking longer to arrive due to shipping delays and shortage of some products; we encourage our clients to book as soon as they are ready to do so to ensure we have enough time to order any speciality balloon we may not have in stock at the moment.

  • This product does not require set-up therefore this service is NOT PROVIDED.

  • Balloons are SOLD to the client therefore Take Down is not provided. Client MUST take the balloons down, pop and dispose them responsibly.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We will require 45 minutes and up to 4 hours for setting up and 20 minutes or up to 2 hours for taking down based on the size of the decor contracted.

  • Although we carefully mount wall decorations using free-damage tape and small pins, wall damage may be a possibility.

  • Cakes and desserts are not included in our packages. We have preferred baking vendors that could provide a quote if needed. We would be able to recommend the type of desserts that matches the decoration as part of our design services.

  • The size of each package is the total size of the whole setup.

  • Packages’ items considered non-consumables (i.e. furniture, dessert stands and plates, accents, backdrops, etc.) are provided as rentals items.

  • Floral arrangements are made with natural fresh-cut flowers, faux/silk florals or Dry florals. Faux and dry florals are added as a rental and should be returned after the event has ended.

  • The Balloon Mosaic Decor DOES NOT include a custom design (moodboard and digital mock-up).

  • Set up area MUST be cleared and ready for decoration. We do not move furniture or decor objects to prepare the space.

  • After a decor is set up, it cannot be moved to other space, neither by us nor by the client or venue personnel.

  • Decor Props and Items, as their name stated, are décor pieces NOT TOYS, and therefore they should be used accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations due to weather conditions or Covid-19 illness, voluntary or mandatory restrictions imposed by authorities, change of plans or last minute decisions, are handle as a POSTPONED service and may be subject to additional fees. Refunds will not be processed; we will accomodate your event to another date (subject to availability). If the event is postponed within one (1) month from the date on which it originally intended to be held, the décor theme will remain the same for the future celebration.

If your date, time or set-up conditions are not available, we will make a full refund back to your initial form of payment.
